Terms and conditions
- The purpose of the online ‘Request a Quote’ form is to request a quoted fixed fare to schedule a trip in advance.
- GoCatch will do its best to respond to each quote request however it is not guaranteed that a quote will be produced and the customer contacted within 12 hours.
- The contact time period of within 12 hours only applies to quote requests submitted on Monday – Friday between 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
- To secure a confirmed booking via the online ‘Request a Quote’ form, GoCatch requires the customer to enter their personal and trip details in the form and respond to the confirmation call, text or email at least 1 hour before the pickup time.
- The customer agrees that GoCatch is permitted to call, text and/or email the customer within reason and once the Quote Request has been submitted.
- No trip will be booked if the customer does not respond to GoCatch’s attempts to contact the passenger.
- The passenger agrees to pay for their trip via one of the following options before the actual trip takes place:
- Via the app by uploading their debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal
- PayPal – GoCatch will request the quoted fixed fare from your Paypal account
- Over the phone via +61391112647
- The Advance Booking Guarantee will continue to apply for bookings that are from 12 hours in advance.
