Advance Booking Cancellation Fees

From 30 November 2018, passengers will be charged the minimum fare for canceling an Advance Booking under the following circumstances:

• The passenger cancels the job less than 2 hours prior to pick-up
• The passenger posts and cancels after 10 minutes for pick-up within an hour
