How do I use my voucher credit / code?

To redeem your voucher code:

1. Tap Menu (top left) > Vouchers > Redeem a voucher/referral > Type in the voucher code (case insensitive)
2. Tap OK to apply and the voucher code
3. Your voucher balance will be automatically updated

Before you book a trip:

You must add a personal in-app payment method to use voucher credit. Voucher credit is automatically deducted from the total fare of your next trip until the balance reaches $0, where it is then charged to your selected in-app payment method.

A personal in-app payment method includes Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or a credit/debit card that is added as 'Personal'. Voucher credit will not be used when paying with a credit/debit card added as 'Business'.

Voucher credit cannot be used for payments outside of the GoCatch app – such as cash, EFTPOS or Cabcharge.

To add an in-app payment method:

1. Tap Menu (top left) > Account > Payment Method > Add a personal payment method

GoCatch Credit can only be redeemed for on-demand trips and Advance Bookings in a GoCatch Economy, Taxi, Maxi or Premium excluding in-app payments tagged as business and payments outside of the GoCatch app including, but not limited to, Taxi jobs with external payments, cash, EFTPOS, or Cabcharge. Passengers must select to pay with a credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay saved as a personal payment method in the GoCatch app. The voucher balance is automatically applied to the next requested trip, and will be deducted from the final amount at the end of that trip. If the fare is higher than the account voucher balance, the difference will be charged to the selected payment method. Credit expiry will be determined by each promotional offer.
