What is Advance Booking Guarantee?

GoCatch will guarantee that you will get picked up on time or we'll give you a free trip up to $20.

Terms and conditions

To be eligible for the Advance Booking Guarantee, you will need to have successfully booked an Advance Booking from 30 minutes up to 1 year in advance. This applies to Advance Bookings in a GoCatch Economy, Taxi, Maxi or Premium. You are guaranteed to be picked up on time or you will get a $20 credit in your GoCatch account. On time collection means within 5 minutes of the scheduled collection time. The $20 credit will be valid for 12 months. Any unused voucher credit after 12 months from date of issue will be forfeited. The Guarantee is not applicable during public holidays, special events and during standard peak periods of 6AM – 9PM and 5PM – 8PM. This guarantee applies to to all major metro areas in Australia.
