Customers are eligible to claim the guarantee if:
- The route taken to your destination is not the most direct and fastest route as shown by Google Maps at the time of travel
- You have paid by card, PayPal, Android Pay or Apple Pay through the GoCatch App
Customers are not eligible to claim the guarantee if:
- You decide to take an alternative route
- You have paid the driver directly (cash or card)
- Your Advance Booking fare is under the minimum fare as per the Advance Booking T&C's
The final decision for a Fastest Route Guarantee claim is at the sole discretion of GoCatch.
