App Made Unavailable

The GoCatch dispatch algorithm works by finding the closest driver to a passenger's pickup location. We offer drivers the opportunity to accept, or not accept each job, on a job by job basis.

If a driver is not accepting jobs offered we may make the Driver's account "unavailable" for a short period of time to give priority to drivers nearby who are willing to accept the job.

The period we make the account unavailable is based on a number of factors including the amount of jobs not accepted, the recency of the last non-accept job and the ratio on non-accepted jobs to accepted jobs.
