Positive and Negative Feedback

At the end of your GoCatch job you and your passengers will have the option to give a positive or negative rating. Negative ratings will be reviewed by our support team and may need to take further action if necessary.

 

 

If you believe you have been given a rating in error please contact us via 'Help' inside the GoCatch up or email us at support@gocatch.com
