If you have paid through the app, your GoCatch receipt is immediately sent to the email address saved on your GoCatch account.
If you have a problem with locating it, the first thing to do is check the email address that you have saved on the app. Sometimes, when juggling multiple email accounts, you may forget that you signed up to goCatch with an email address that you don't regularly check.
Head over to the main menu and tap on "Account"
Check the spelling of your email it is entered correctly
It may also have gone into your spam inbox so please check there and make sure that you add GoCatch to your list of allowed senders.
If you have done that and you still cannot find your receipt, please email email@example.com with the date of your booking and the pick-up and destination addresses and we will re-send it to you.
