Don't panic! Send over an email to support@gocatch.com and we will reverse that payment for you ASAP, reimbursements may take up to 3 business working days to process.
Remember to include the job pick up and destination with the date you had posted this job.
Please note that we will also follow up with the driver to make sure that he is picking up the correct passenger and is not entering fares before a job is completed.
