Deactivating your GoCatch account means you are disabling your account access. GoCatch does not remove account-related information when your account is deactivated. You will be able to reactivate your deactivated account at a later date if you wish to do so.
Deactivating your GoCatch account
To deactivate your GoCatch account, you will need to submit a support ticket here or email support@gocatch.com and provide us with the email address and mobile number associated with the account to continue with the deactivation process.
Once complete, you will need to log out of the GoCatch app for the changes to take effect. You will no longer be able to login to your account in the GoCatch app or portal and your account will no longer be usable. You will not be able to create another GoCatch account with the same email address or mobile number used with the deactivated account.
Reactivating your GoCatch account
To reactivate your GoCatch account, you will need to submit a support ticket here or email support@gocatch.com and provide us with the email address and mobile number last associated with the account to continue with the reactivation process.
Once complete, you will be able to log in to the GoCatch app or portal. You may need to update your payment methods prior to requesting a trip or scheduling an Advance Booking.
