To get paid the toll, you must confirm your toll/s before you tap ‘Delivered’. You can easily confirm your toll/s at the end of the trip while parked to avoid tapping the wrong button.
When you pass through a toll, a confirmation will pop up for each toll. If you passed through a toll/s, tap the green circle to confirm. If you did not pass through that toll, tap the red circle to dismiss. The toll confirmation will remain on your screen during the trip. It is your responsibility to let us know which tolls you have passed.
What does it look like on the app?
If the passenger wants to go through a toll, take them where they want to go. Good service means happy customers and more jobs. If the route includes a toll and you think the passenger may be unaware, it’s great to let them know before proceeding.
If for some reason the job did not have the toll added to the fare correctly, simply send us feedback at the end of the job and we will make the adjustment for you. You can do this by tapping More > Help > Contact Us in the app and entering “Missing Toll” into the Subject field and which job the toll was missing from in the Description field.
