I am not hearing job alert sounds via the GoCatch Driver app. How do I fix this?

If you're having issues with hearing our job alert sounds, there may be a few things you'll need to check on your Android device prior to emailing us at

1. Make sure all your volumes are set to the highest setting. 


2. Open your 'Clock' application and in Settings/Options, make sure your Alarm Volume is set to the highest setting. 


3. Open your GoCatch Driver app and in Menu > Help > Select Audio Output, tap on 'Notification Audio'.


4. If you're still experiencing problems with hearing the job alert sound, please contact us via the app by going into Menu > Help > Contact Us > Select preferred email application > Subject Line: Volume Issues > Send. 

This will send our team data logs from your device so that we can further investigate the problem at hand.
