What happens if the passenger calls me and asks to cancel their Advance Booking. Is this possible?

Once a driver has accepted an Advance Booking and has confirmed they're on track to pick up their passenger, they cannot cancel the Advance Booking.

If your passenger calls to advise you that they wish to cancel their booking, please let them know that they will have to cancel it from their device*. Passengers will then incur a $10 cancellation fee that will be added to your driver account to compensate for the inconvenience. 

*NOTE: Passengers can only contact you within 10 mins prior to the scheduled booking time.
