What should I do if the passenger is not at the pickup location at the specified time? And what if I cannot contact them?

We encourage drivers to wait 5 minutes for the passenger and attempt to contact them via the GoCatch Driver app as the first step.

Please do not press ‘NO SHOW’ unless you have done everything possible to locate your passenger/s.

If your passenger fails to arrive and you do nominate ‘NO SHOW’, they will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee that will go directly into your GoCatch account. Drivers found to be abusing this rule may have their GoCatch account suspended.
