Can I ask my colleague to complete an Advance Booking on my behalf to avoid having to pay the cancellation fee?

No. If you have accepted a booking and cannot fulfil it, you must contact GoCatch Support immediately via the support line*.

You will be asked to confirm you’re on track for the booking, and we will perform a distance check at this point. If your device and vehicle are not en-route to the passenger, the booking will fail and you will be charged the $20 fee.

*GoCatch support line is available between 5am and 10pm, 7 days a week.
