What happens if I need to cancel an Advance Booking that I have accepted?

If you need to cancel an Advance Booking that you have accepted, you will need to contact GoCatch Support immediately to explain the situation.

You can call GoCatch Support directly from the Booking Details screen in your app. Please note that we will assess your situation before applying a cancellation fee of $20.

Support Hours: 5am - 10pm, 7 days a week
