Why do I need to confirm I am on time to collect the passenger when I have already accepted the Advance Booking?

We will ask you to confirm if you are on time to collect your passenger to ensure the booking will be completed. We will send you a push notification 35 minutes out from the scheduled pickup time to confirm that you’re on track to collect the passenger.

Example: Advance Booking scheduled for 10am. You will be sent a confirmation message via a push notification at 9:25am asking you to confirm you’re en route.
