I cancelled my Advance Booking to change certain details, will I get charged?

If the existing Advance Booking has already been accepted by a driver and you subsequently cancel it, you may incur a $10 cancellation fee to compensate your driver.

Our Support Team however has full discretion on whether to apply the cancellation fee or not. If you feel you were unfairly charged, please email us at support@gocatch.com and our team will further investigate to determine whether a refund can or cannot be organised.
